Repositioned PGA WEST as a Private Country Club Community away from
the formerly established PGA WEST Resort position with: Six Courses,
One Membership.
Created and executed the PGA WEST real estate and community
advertising program: Six Courses, One Membership in 2000 that
highlights the Unique Selling Position (USP) and competitive edge
of PGA WEST.
Created and managed the PGA WEST Master Marketing Program working
with 12 Merchant Builders selling 225 new homes in FY 2000 for over
$120,000,000 of sales revenue.
Turned around KSL new home fairway product at PGA WEST, selling out
180 new homes within the first 15 months.
Participated in the design, development, marketing and sales of
PGA WEST club memberships.
Increased the Membership Deposit from $45,000 to $100,000
each during this period.
Increased PGA WEST model home traffic to over 8,000 visitors in 2001.
Assisted in selling the KSL/PGA WEST home sites
to Merchant Builders from 1997 to 2000.
Created a PGA WEST VIP Package, which was a resort FIT golf package
to generate real estate prospects as well as hotel and golf revenue.
