David Teal is a proven professional manager with his forte in hiring, training
and managing sales and marketing operations in start-up private luxury golf
communities. In over 26 years in the real estate industry, he has achieved
or exceeded company goals in the majority of communities in which he has been
engaged. Several of the communities in which he has successfully created and/or
managed sales and marketing operations are: Hammock Dunes, World Golf Village
and Southwood in Florida, Desert Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona, The Club
at Longview in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Sun City Hilton Head at Hilton
Head Island, South Carolina.
David earned his bachelor's degree at The University of Miami in Coral Gables,
Florida, where he was also a three year letterman as quarterback on the football
team. He has his real estate Broker's license in six states, is a member of
the National Association of Realtors, and is a founding member of the Southeast
Resort Real Estate Council. David is also a lifelong Rotarian, a member of
the NFL Alumni and he and his wife Tammy are members of Cornerstone Presbyterian
