Ron has over 22 years of experience at senior management positions at several of the most prestigious luxury golf course master planned communities in America. He has extensive background in administration, budgeting, product development, amenity and infrastructure development, club operations, national and on-site sales and marketing, government and community relations.
At Desert Mountain in Scottsdale, AZ (a joint venture of Mobil Land and The Anderson Company) and at Champion Hills Club, Hendersonville, NC (an International Paper Real Estate Company property), Ron served as President and Project Manager. At The Landing in Savannah, GA, he served as the Vice President, Project Director for the Branigar Organization, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Union Camp Corporation.
Ron has managed the entire administrative and budgeting operations for these communities, which has included the construction of several championship golf courses and several upscale clubhouses, each time delivering the project complete within budget and on schedule. He has also managed the homebuilding and infrastructure construction of these communities.
Ron has earned an MBA from Emory University, Atlanta, GA and a BA from the University of Georgia, Athens, GA. He is a full member of the Urban Land Institute, Residential Council and on the Emory University Business School Advisory Board. |
