Mr. Johnson is a recognized authority in the hospitality, club and recreational development industries. During the last 20 years John has participated in many assignments providing market analysis, due diligence, feasibility studies, financial engineering and business planning for new projects, as well as, acquisition, repositioning and turnaround situations.
Until 1996 Mr. Johnson was a Principal with Arthur Andersen’s Real Estate Services Group, and was the Firm’s National Director of Resorts & Recreational Real Estate Services.
