Mr. Giesen is a recognized national expert specializing in golf, resort and leisure services with a special emphasis on club related membership programs, organizations and restructurings. Previously, Mr. Giesen practiced law at the prestigious New York law firm of Dewey Ballantine. Mr. Giesen graduated from Georgetown University, cum laude, in 1974 and from Fordham University School of Law, with honors, in 1977, where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Giesen is a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a member of the Florida Bar.
