Mike Davison is one of the top real estate sales professionals in the luxury second home/resort industry. With over 25 years of sales and management experience, Mike has a consistent record of achieving and exceeding the sales goals at some of the most prestigious communities in America.
Mike began his real estate sales career with the Sea Pines Company of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Over 12 years he advanced from a top salesman to an experienced sales manager. Later in his career Mike served as Director of Sales of Kiawah Island Company in Charleston, SC where he grew the sales team from three agents to ten top producing sales executives that set sales revenue production records year in and year out.
Other communities that Mike has managed as the Vice President of Real Estate Sales are: Reynolds Plantation, PGA WEST, La Quinta Resort & Club, Mountain Air Country Club, Bald Head Island and Haig Point.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Southern California, a licensed real estate broker and served as a First Lieutenant with the 173rd Airborne.
